Big Brother Fishing Co. Map Use Agreement
Hey there, angler! By accessing our fishing maps, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’re all about sharing the love for fishing, but we also need to protect the hard work that goes into creating these one-of-a-kind resources. Let’s keep it fair and fun!
1. Who Owns the Map?
Spoiler alert: We do! Big Brother Fishing Co. owns all rights to the fishing maps, including any designs, drone footage, or other cool features. You’re granted a personal license to use them for your own fishing adventures—no sharing, selling, or sneaky business allowed.
2. What’s a No-Go?
To keep things crystal clear, here’s what you CAN’T do with our maps:
No Recording or Copying: Whether it’s a screenshot, video, or any other way of recording, don’t do it unless you’ve got our written thumbs-up.
No Sharing: Don’t post, send, or distribute the maps online or offline.
No Remixing: Leave the maps as they are—no edits, tweaks, or spin-offs.
No Commercial Use: These maps are for your personal fishing adventures only, not for selling or using in your own business.
3. What If You Break the Rules?
We’re not here to play bad cop, but if you break the rules, we’ll have to take action. This could include cutting off your access to the maps and/or memberships—no refunds, no exceptions. Legal action? Yeah, that’s on the table too.
4. Keep Us Safe
If you break the rules and it causes problems for us, you agree to cover any damages, costs, or losses. Let’s keep things smooth for everyone, alright?
5. Legal Stuff
This agreement is governed by the laws of Montana. By using our maps, you’re agreeing to these terms, no ifs, ands, or buts.
6. Seal the Deal
By purchasing or using our maps, you’re saying, “I’m cool with these terms.”
